Default channel groups

When accessing the EPG aMPdroid always loads the "all channels" group which can take long time depending on the number of channels. Many users however have their individual sorting in channel groups. So it would be time saving to load another channel group by default (should be configurable).

There is an option to not "Show All Channels Group" in the settings.

Also, you can change the order of the groups (including all channels) within the TV server configuration. I guess aMPdroid is displaying it in that order as well, so when you move another group to the first place, it will display that group first.
